Dung Pham, Shionogi Canada Inc.’s Medical Affairs Director, possesses over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with multifaceted expertise in Medical Affairs.

With his leadership and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape, Dung plays a significant role in furthering Shionogi Canada’s commitment to science and innovation with the over-arching goal of addressing the unmet medical needs of Canadians, especially those living with rare diseases.

Dung explores his passion for science and medicine by leading major initiatives such as augmented intelligence (deep learning and machine learning), registries, as well as facilitating Real-World Data/Real-World Evidence (RWD/RWE) studies aimed at further improving care and treatment for patients. Dung’s expertise is grounded in his strong scientific background, including a PhD in Pharmacology from Université de Sherbrooke, which fuels his work in seeking new solutions for difficult to treat medical conditions, such as neurological diseases.
