We have introduced a system that enhances flexibility in work styles so that each of our employees can maximize their capabilities, and to encourage voluntary re-skilling, we are further expanding our self-investment support. We are also working on institutional reforms that support diverse work styles, such as the selectable four-day workweeks, revising regular working hours, and easing side‑job rules.
