General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

Formulate an action plan to ensure that employees have the physical and mental space to balance work, family and child-rearing, and that taking on more advanced tasks and roles becomes a realistic option, motivating diverse human resources to grow and maximize the strengths and capabilities of each individual to achieve the 2030 Vision.

Goal 1

Male childcare leave: Utilization rate of 80% or more and 14-day or more utilization rate of 65% or more

[Measures]

 By sharing the real-life experiences of those who have taken childcare leave within the company, we hope to make men feel that childcare leave is something they can easily take, and foster an environment in which it is easy to take childcare leave.

 

Goal 2

Female manager ratio: 18% or more

[Measures]  

We aim to be an organization where diverse human resources can play active roles in managerial positions by expanding opportunities for training and promotion of women, promoting career support measures and creating a comfortable working environment.

 

Goal 3

Total hours of statutory overtime work and statutory holiday work per full-time worker per month: Less than 30 hours

In order to improve productivity, we will review work styles and vacation systems and aim to reduce long working hours.

 

Goal 4

Supporting the balance between infertility treatment and work

[Measures]

Formulate and publicize a policy regarding work-life balance, and implement initiatives to promote understanding of infertility treatment and various support systems.
