The " the ‘2024 (Reiwa 6) Noto Peninsula Earthquake " has caused significant damage primarily in the Hokuriku region. We would like to express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the earthquake and to their families, and our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected by the disaster.
We would like to provide an update on the situation as of January 5, 2024, resulting from this earthquake:
■Human casualties:
There have been no reported human casualties within our group. However, we are continuing to confirm the situation, including the well-being of our employees' families.
■ Production facilities:
After confirming our group's production facilities, we can confirm that there has been no significant damage affecting production and shipment.
