General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next- Generation Children
To promote the development of a working environment where employees can achieve a balance between work and child rearing, and to enable all employees to enhance their willingness to contribute to the company, continue to shape their careers, have job satisfaction, and maximize their existing capabilities, we have formulated the 8th General Employer Action Plan based on the 7th Action Plan, which lasted for two years from April 2017.

Encourage employees with time constraints and restrictions to shape their careers without taking a break in their careers.

Spread awareness that a well-balanced way of working to enrich one’s life leads to an increase in personal motivation, resulting in productivity improvement, and propagate values based on this awareness.
