Goal 1: Management of systems related to work-life balance

[Measures]

・Support work-life balance by realizing diverse working styles through identifying issues and mitigating risks by labor management.

・By supporting employees to be aware of time management, we prevent employees from overwork. We review internal materials and support employees to better understand various systems.

Goal 2: Support for employees to utilize various systems related to pregnancy, childbirth and child rearing

[Measures]

・Among initiatives in our continuing support for employees to utilize various systems related to pregnancy, childbirth and child rearing, we plan to conduct seminars and other educational activities using a video-streaming service.

Goal 3: Support for employees to take annual paid leave

[Measures]

・Check the status of employees taking annual paid leave as needed, and encourage them to take it as a company through regular internal announcements.
