General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace
From April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2021
The future goal is to equalize the rate of female employees and that of female managers. The short-term goal for achieving this is to increase the rate of female managers among all managers to more than 10% by the end of FY 2020.
- Effort 1:
Conduct awareness-raising activities on the empowerment of women, including holding seminars on diversity, on a company-wide basis.
- Effort 2:
Hold seminars on career development for women, targeting top management.
- Effort 3:
Introduce a discretionary work system, a flex time system, and a working-at-home system to flexibly respond to the life events of female employees.
- Effort 4:
Consider appropriate measures to help employees on childcare leave return to work, including providing necessary information to those who want to obtain it, in order to remove their concerns about conducting business after returning to work.
