OSAKA, Japan, March 8, 2023 - Shionogi & Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Osaka, Japan; Chief Executive Officer: Isao Teshirogi, Ph.D.; hereafter "Shionogi") announced that the SHIONOGI INTEGRATED REPORT 2022 has been awarded Second Prize at NIKKEI Integrated Report Award 2022 by Nikkei Inc.. It received high marks on the heels of receiving the Silver Award at WICI Japan Integrated Report Award 20221 and the Excellent Integrated Report by GPIF2.

About the NIKKEI Integrated Report Award
From 2021, NIKKEI Integrated Report Award has been renewed and restructured from the former NIKKEI Annual Report Awards, which was launched in 1998 by Nikkei Inc., to further enhance and disseminate the annual reports published by Japanese companies. This year, three Grand Prize, six Second Prize, and other awards were selected from 387 participating companies, and Shionogi was selected as the Second Prize.
